Information We Collect
We collect personal information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone number, business details), data imported through connected integrations (Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Xero, MYOB, Confluence), and usage data related to your interaction with the platform.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely for providing ExaRDTI platform and consulting services, preparing and supporting your R&D Tax Incentive claims, communicating with you about your account and claims, and improving the platform and services.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Integration credentials use OAuth 2.0 and are never stored by ExaRDTI. All data is stored in Australian data centres.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required by law, or with your explicit consent, or to our RDTI consultants for the purpose of reviewing your claim.
Your Rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting privacy@exardti.com.au.
