The platform generates documentation based on data you provide through connected integrations. Consulting services include review of AI-generated documentation and advice on RDTI claim preparation.

ExaRDTI provides R&D Tax Incentive claim preparation assistance. We are not a registered tax agent. ExaRDTI does not provide tax advice. All claims should be reviewed by your tax agent or accountant before lodgement. ExaRDTI does not guarantee any particular tax outcome.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data provided to the platform, ensuring you have authority to connect third-party systems, reviewing all generated documentation before submission, and engaging a registered tax agent for lodgement of your tax return.

Intellectual Property

Content generated by the ExaRDTI platform for your claim is owned by you. The ExaRDTI platform, including its AI models, algorithms, and software, remains the intellectual property of ExaRDTI Pty Ltd.

Limitation of Liability

ExaRDTI’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in the relevant subscription period. ExaRDTI is not liable for any tax penalties, interest, or lost offsets arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
